Kola Kolaya Mundhirikka
Starring: Karthik Kumar, Shikha, Jayaram, Anandraj.
Direction: Madhumita
Music: Selva Ganesh
Production: Giriguja Films International
Gearing up for a comedic film is one job that takes a lot of hard work. Madhumita has shifted her path far from Vallamai Tharayo. She definitely did well on keeping the audience rolling on the floor throughout the film. Kola Kolaya Mundhirikka would not be possible if it were not for the huge support that Madhumita got from Crazy Mohan and Giriguja films.
The movie begins with a jameen inheritance but when the owners die because of a shooting event, their child becomes orphaned and the valued diamonds that are kept in a chair found in the bungalow goes missing. Only the clerk (Delhi Ganesh) who left the place happens to know where the chair is.
On to the present day, Krish (Karthik Kumar) and Veni (Shikha), scammers who mostly get into trouble for getting the better of each other and always drawn in into theft. Later on, the film gives details of Krish finding out as to where the diamonds are as well as where the chair is. He finds this out on the death bed of Delhi Ganesh. From here, Krish tracks the diamonds while Veerappan (Anand Raj) who happens to be a relative of the jameens and eavesdropped on the conversation also does the same. Because of this, Krish and Veni decided to be partners and on their adventure in search of the precious stone, they come across dada Thulukkanam and bump into Mathrubootham.
Mathrubootham (Jayaram) is an inspector and his assistant is Vyapuri. They are tasked to look for a chip from dada Thulukkanam (Radha Ravi) for he has the information of a Swiss bank account of influential people. From here, total chaos happens as they are in chase of the things they are after. What happens? Total comedy and commotion.
Crazy Mohan is without a doubt owning in the film for his witty yet comical quips that he prepared for KKM and even makes a cameo appearance at the end. Karthik Kumar definitely was an expert in both acting and dance. Along with Karthik is Shikha who portrayed her role with so much grace. KKM is for sure one comedy movie that is packed with laughter and hilarious lines and scenes.
The music which was by Selvagaensh is fit enough for the film. The cinematorgraphy on the other hand which was done by LK Vijay and editing which was done by Vijay Venkatramanan was done in support of the concept of KKM.
If you are after a film full of adventure and fun all at the same time then go ahead and enjoy yourself while watching Kola Kolaya Mundhirikka
